I am a divorced Dad and sailor who lives in the
SF Bay area, sail an old
Newport 30. . My twin 12 yo girls live with my ex in Beaverton, and I'm looking for a place to stay for 4-7 weeks this summer. Can't afford monthly rent I'm seeing if $2000+ for a 2 bdrm, and as I'm thinking of moving onto a
liveaboard anyway, thought I'd see if there is a
liveaboard boat anywhere in the
Portland area I could 'boatdit' for so I can see them. (One is struggling with mental
health issues and would greatly benefit from my extended presence.) Dates flexible from mid July to early September.
Will have a car and happy to do light
maintenance or pet sit. Prefer no rent but could pay something modest. . Three berths would be ideal so they can stay over, 2 berths doable.
Suggestions appreciated.
