Move to California in the wildland interface zone.. Love the trees and brush up against your house ( no defensible space).. Complain that your house burned down. Buy a house in Marin waterfront complain about the boats, all sounds right to me. Fairy tales are not real. Hope they get the guy on video unting the boat, maybe a cranky condo owner has a video of that location.
