Biscayne Bay Area Marinas allowing live aboard?

Would like to spend winter 2021/22 based in Florida. Looking for a marina that can accommodate our 40’ catamaran. Amenities like a pool, wifi and fitness center would be nice. I checked with Dinner Key and they told me the wait list is 8 years [emoji15]

Are there other options in that area or should I start looking further north?
