Annapolis Area - Marina Recommendation

We are looking for a marina for year round slip rental in Annapolis/Eastport for our Island Packet 40. Everything I have seen online is around $7,000/yr. Does anyone know of a place that is less expensive?

Call Bay Yacht - ask for Doug, Eric's son. Tell him how you found him and say Margaux's father Jim referred you. I cannot say he will have what you are looking for but I can say I know him and he is totally dialed into Annapolis.

Call John White at Whitehall Marina, tell him Hannah sent you. Going rate for 40+ feet is just a little over $4K. Beautiful creek, easy access to the Bay, in the Annapolis zip code. We rented our slip for the year but he has others.

Bert Jabins or Horn Pt Marina (exposed) is about the cheapest in the Annapolis/Eastport area. Mears as you probably have discovered is one of the most expensive. In addition to Whitehall Marina which is a bit away from town, try the marinas down in Deale. There is Herrington Harbor, Shipwright Marina and Rockhold Marina. Maybe more.

I,second djmarchand ,had some work done at Shipwright Harbor Marina in Deale and was in dockage there with a 38 ft Cabo Rico extreamly resonable not a fancy place but very nice people extending them selves.They have liveaboard.

We live in Annapolis and talked to most of the marinas looking for a 45 ft slip. Prices are definitely higher in town. Everyone will have different criteria, but we opted for Herrington north. Reasonable price, reasonable amenities, great people/community.
