A Good Sailing Live Aboard

We've been looking intensively for a good live aboard boat in the 47-50ft range, but from what we read it seems that none of the boats that have lots of room for living, are good sailing boats. Does anyone know of a center cockpit boat that makes a spacious live aboard, that also has good sailing performance, which for us is a boat that can sail up to 10 knots. Thank you!

One must assume you have sailing experience to I be considering such a large vessel? I would suggest you take a look at...or "read about" the Catalina 47.
I enjoy the sailing comfort and speed of my Catalina 42 and can only dream of owning a C47!

Liberty 458. Sails great. Excellent interior for living and sailing. In excess of 110 lockers so plenty of space. Also has 240 gal water and 165 gal diesel.
