Safe Anchorage Canaries - Help!

Hi i'm hoping to go to either the Canary Islands or the Balearics for the summer can anyone suggest some good cheap marinas or safe anchorages in these areas. And if anyone has done both where would you reccomend?

there are plenty in both areas, too many to mention on this forum. its easy to obtain cruisers guides to these places which will give u all the option & details. we did prefer the canaries ourselves.

i've been sailing around fuerteventura and lanzarote, more wind than the med; corralejo in the norht of fuerte is a state-run marina, no services but affordable and good anchorage (free), north of lanzarote on isla graciosa is small and affordable. otherwise, there are quite a few commercial and expensive ports around.
