i2fro we are luckily located on a thermal floor that covers the entire country, I am right now at Barranquilla sea level and all year around 75 no humidity but just 5 hours from here I can snow sky all year round at only 42 KM by road reaching
Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta an isolated mountain range apart from the
Andes chain that runs through
Colombia. Reaching an altitude of 15,700 feet above sea level just 42 km from the
Caribbean coast, the Sierra Nevada is the world's highest coastal range. The Sierra Nevada encompasses about 17,000 km² and serves as the source of 36 rivers.
As a result we found all kind of products year around and it also seems this thermal floor makes people real crazy but happy folks. Colombians range from the hard working honest majority of colombians that keep the country as the first
allied of the US in the region to an ugly minority of drug lords and laundrers that being a powerful minority they have been able to partially shade what we really are. Anybody who comes will be surprised of what is heard on the media and what is actually a modern yet natural country
The highest peak of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta can most of the time be seen from any airliner flying south from
Jamaica on...it just looks like a shiny cloud but it is actually an 18000 feet high snow peak.
Come to
Colombia i2fro the only risk is wanting to stay
