Sorry, don't know of a website that allows what you are after. Have you googled free nav programs. I use GPSNavX at home for planning and follow up with it on the boat. Some of the other guys on this board will offer a better solution/suggestions.
To plot your planned route use your nav software, then do a screen capture <alt><pint screen> then copy into your favorite graphics software. Edit as you like.
For plotting actual course, look at "Ship track" as used by HAMS. You email your position each time you want to report and they plot it.
SPOT is a service that can record your position every time you push the button on the hand held GPIRB like devise. There is a fee but the unit can call for help too. Family and friends can log on and see your track.
