Marathon Bareboat

Planning to bareboat for a week out of Marathon with Pagan Fleet (The Pagan Fleet Offers Off Season Rates - Sloop Pagan Key 27' Catalina Charter Information) in late June. Local cruising only. I don't have too much experience (basic keel boat and basic coastal course/certs plus 2 summers of lake sailing in a J22). I've been on the water a bunch in Florida in power boats and have dived many times at Pennekamp. But this will be my first "real" sailing experience. Any suggestions? Anyone know if this outfit is legit? I'll take general comments too. Thanks.
