Looking for Christmas Bareboat Info

I would appreciate if you could help
We are a family of seven (5 teenagers)
We have sailed the BVI a number of times but are looking for a similar safe easy sailing venue over the Christmas break
We do not like long passages
Have you any suggestions for bareboat sailing areas that might suit us either in Caribbean or elsewhere
Advice on charter company?

I hear there is a charter company in Nassau Bahamas now. also one on Eluthera. From nassau there are a number of easy, flatwater trips down the Exuma Chain. A lot of fun. Shorts trips. Skinny water but you learn to read the bottom in the sunlight. great snorkeling etc. You'll be mostly cooking aboard though.. Antgua is kind of interesting too.
