Haul out facilities in Borneo

Anybody know of any haul out facilities in Borneo.. particularly Sarawak, or Sabah ?
I have a Beneteau 473 and am contemplating cruising Borneo for two years and am thinking of either anti-fouling BEFORE I leave Rebak Marina OR doing this in Sarawak
I am looking at leaving the yacht in Miri Marina, but I understand this does not have haul out facilities.
