Crossing the Columbia Bar and sailing North in August

I'm headed north from Astoria Oregon to the Strait of Juan De Fuca some time this August. I'm moving my boat from a slip here in Portland Oregon to either Anacortes or Everett WA. I'm looking for other boats that might be making the same trip. Would be nice to coordinate a caravan.

I'm sailing a Newport 28 with three crew members. I expect the wind won't be in our favor, so we're probably going
to be motoring the majority of the way.
