Wondering if there is anyone that can answer questions about
extended cruising in
Canada. I have questions about extending past the
single season “cruising permit”,
winter storage w/general
maintenance performed by marina or Canadian subcontractors, and then cruising the following season. What sort of GST to expect, needs/policies for extending temporary
import of vessel, etc. Vessel and crew are American. Looking to circumnavigate
Newfoundland in two seasons. Start and return from
Maine. I have found the CBSA information online, looking to bounce some questions off of cruisers that have done it recently. We have done this on
west coast but prior to the new rules. Thanks in advance.
