APIS

Advanced Passenger Information System /APIS was started 10 + year ago and by its design hard for cruisers without internet to use. Initially, the islands were NOT enforcing it for small boats.
Ten years later I'm wondering if any cruisers have had problems or new info regarding this system in the participating islands.
Seems APIS was fine as long as it was only applied to commercial services but an impossibility for small boats.
Planning a voyage through the Caribbean and any advice would be helpful.

APIS

It’s been EAPIS for years I think, and I have only had to do anything with it, for aircraft.

I believe SVRS was for boats and is now gone, they seem to push the CBP Roam app now.

Re: APIS

EAPIS is only being pushed by St. Kitts & Nevis for the Caricom islands, no-one else can be bothered implementing it. Even they only require it sporadically.
