Annapolis area mobile pump outs

Does the Annapolis area have a mobile pump out boat? We are going to be staying in that area for quite some time this summer (I know HOT and HUMID) and don't want to pick up a mooring or get a slip.

However, we would be willing to pay for mobile pump outs and a small fee to use the dinghy dock and facilities at a marina for three or four months.

The harbormaster has pump out boat, don't know if is just for the moorings or boats at anchor also.

The Harbormaster's pump-out boat services boats in Weems Creek, Spa Creek and Back Creek, including boats in private slips or marinas... so I'd guess they can also service boats anchored in those two areas. It's not like there's tons of room for anchoring in the latter two, though, except for on the outside of Spa Creek where it's a bit rougher (especially from wakes)... so temporarily rafting to pump out might take a bit of attention to timing.
