I'm registered in Netherlands in cadaster.
One thing to note that since this year you need to pay 30 Euro per year per VHF license (that is - callsign, MMSI, etc).

I think Belgium also do the same as NL does..
I see alot of boats in Portugal on Dutch registration. I looked into it as well..
