Where can I get the owners manual?

I have recently bought a 2007, 43.4 ft, Beneteau Cyclades and need to get my hands on a manual for it and also for the 54hp yanmar.

I have tried to email Beneteau but it's proving to be quite difficult.

Cheers.

If this model of boat was made or sold in the US I suggest you call (not email) Beneteau USA. They are very helpful even when you call about a 2007 boat (like mine!).

Regarding the Yanmar manual, I have never had trouble finding manuals in their site. You may get more help in this forum if you mention the specific model number (something like "3YM20"). Over time there will be radically different engines with the same rated horsepower.

The Yanmar 4JH5E is rated 53/54 HP.
You can download the Operation manual here:

or ➥ Sailboat diesel engines are the lightest and toughest solutions available - Yanmar Marine

Or the 4jh5e sd: Yanmar Saildrive Engine 54hp Service Manual

Re: Where can I get the owners manual?

I am Australian, boat is in Montenegro and I bought it from Italy. I have tried emailing Beneteau Australia but their websites contact us option is for the constructors of the website. So I'm still at a bit of a loss as to where I can find a Cyclades manual

Thank you Gord May your a star mate.
I'll download that yanmar sail drive manual when I get back from the mines.

Gypsy...

Here's a couple more leads... I don't have tons of hope as this person is saying even a 2013 boat has a useless manual...

Oceanis 41 manual - BeneteauOwners.com

Beneteau Cyclades 50 manuals and diagrams - SailNet Community

You're welcome... but reading between the lines... Manuals are out there, but an extremely limited resource...

The manual is very limited indeed. You need to collect all the manuals for all the various parts. You can get the engine owners manual, and the engine service manual, for example, which are very good. Same with winches, heaters, chargers, radio, electronics, autopilot, etc. All the way down to bilge pumps and vacuum breakers. I wish they had a great schematic for the entire boat, showing electrical and plumbing circuits, but I think you are on your own (an opportunity to help others?). If you have any questions or mysteries, we can try to help. Your dealer may be helpful too...

I'm not an engineer and even I found the owner's manual totally useless. TropicalSeattle got it right. Find manuals online for the important stuff and accept that Beneteau and their dealers don't really care.
