medical center outside the US, typically your agency will handle the paperwork...for a fee to the facility. Might want to check on your malpractice coverage wherever you decide to work. You could also visit the websites that rank the hospital in terms of outcomes, patient satisfaction, compliance, etc. Wouldn't want to put your
license on the line with a dicey situation.
