Open/crowd source sailing screen play(s)

It was a dark and stormy night...

Question:

If we began writing a screen play on CF...

And other CF members joined in and embellished it...

And an administrator helped fork the thread to open new paths down which various plots thicken....

And collaborating CF members at sea filmed clips for specific scenes and/or general use (in some convenient format) and posted them (or links thereto) on CF...

And one, two, or more CF members individually or in concert created one, two, or more videos/movies utilizing their favorite plot(s) and clip(s)...

Then who owns the intellectual property?

Can such be governed by the equivalent of Apache Commons open source software? What is CF's interest?

Would CF members contribute IP to make sailing movie(s) if there was zero, 50-50, 100% chance of receiving small, medium, large income for their efforts? Or acknowledgement in the credits?

On second thought, maybe that's a dumb idea...Papa didn't crowd source "The Old Man and the Sea." But then again, it wasn't an option back then...

In truth, I'm admitting inability to write a compelling screen play due to a tragic lack of creativity...

But am thinking to film crossing GoM and exploring northern Caribbean using a drone and OSMO Action while diving with a JW Fisher Pulse 8X in search of sunken pirate gold. With the help of a local kid, I haul up the treasure but am robbed by bikini-clad pirates. In the ensuing fight, everyone but the kid dies and the sequel is his return to the wreck. Anyone in?
