Need an budget

I am in the process of buying a Boreal 55OC and would like to establish a 1 and 5 year causing budget. The plan is to cruise the east coast of the US - north in the summer and south in the winter. What I am looking for is someone to share with me their actual expences over a 1 or 5 year period. Ideally someone with a newer boat and similar cruising plan.

What are you planning on adding to the boat after you use it for a year and see what it needs for ypur style of cruising? What do you plan on breaking in the next 4 years? I know, all silly questions. With a boat like that is it going to make any significant difference to your life if you spend 30k a year vs 60k a year?

I hear you on upgrades.....and I was planning on leaving them out of the budget for now. What I am looking for is more of the day to day living expenses. Such as dockage, mooring fees, hauling (if needed), internet, tavel, food, entertainment etc.

Hi There are a few cruisers that put up their monthly costs to share, look up in live aboard , there is also a good vlogger channel that breaks it down very impressively but they are on the cheaper side

I can not remember the blog number but it should be in their titles , they work it out in graphs and easy to understand figures

Would be very hard to improve on these two CF posts. Second one from SailorBoy has an Excel spreadsheet with very good detail on costs and trends so you can adjust accordingly to your lifestyle.
