Marina costs at Rodney Bay, St. Lucia

After 5 years of searching we found the right boat, a Leopard 444. Made an offer last night and now am putting together the rest of the financial plan. The boat is currently in charter in St. Lucia. We would like to leave the boat in St. Lucia for at least one season and then probably re-locate to the USVI. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the marina at Rodney Bay via phone and also through their website. The broker for the boat also tried to contact them with no success. I would like to determine slip fees and other associated costs for keeping the boat in the marina for 6-12 months. Does anyone have any info about rates in St. Lucia and/or a contact person that will answer the phone or return a call? Thanks.

That's weird. You might try one of the vendors there, like the chandlery or the market to find out how best to contact marina management. They're usually pretty well staffed so I'm surprised no one is answering the phone. It's not a small marina...
