Help with insurance

Do any of you know of an insurance broker who will actually respond to a potential customer who isn't interested in the pricey (and profitable) full coverage? We want only a simple liability policy that will satisfy marina operators.

I have not had a good experience so far trying to find this. We are willing and financially able to bear the risk of losing the boat, especially given how unlikely that is. But liability ... well unfortunately, no marina is interested in our bank statement, they demand a COI.

I had full coverage with BoatUS but dropped that to liability only when the rates went up almost triple. I think liability only from them should be no problem.
