French built 1989 Jeanneau

I have a 1989 Jeanneau and looking for the Hull ID. Found a number stamped in the transom but has 13 digits instead of 12 and does not adhere to any format oft cited online. All numeric and the last 5 refer to the “serie no”

It also a mirror image. Anyone else that has a similar vintage Jeanneau that was built for the local European market (not for import to the USA), do you have a similar number? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
