Fractional Ownership- Does it exist in New England?

Hi,
New to the game and my wife and I are headed towards monohull ownership in CT or RI soon. I have always thought it made economic sense to split ownership amongst 2 or 3 interested parties and have professional maintenance involved. Are there any fractional companies out there that bring parties together looking for boat ownership? I've looked around but have yet to find anyone that actually works a fractional ownership model- as opposed to the membership model, like SailTime.
