Charter management in EU atlantic coast?

I am thinking about buying a boat, and putting it into charter. (Yes, I know, the motivations are not financial.) I would like to base it on the atlantic side of continental EU (from Spain to Germany).
I am looking for a company offering charter management. Could you recommend one?

The atlantic coast is usually not a tourist magnet for easy chartering, rough seas, high tides, high waves, swell, streams, (Biscay bay), dangerous waters, often heavy weather, lots of traffic, dangerous coastline...

I doubt there are (m)any charter companies around in that area, too risky and not very attractive business wise.

SunSail is a german company, but I guess they are more focussed on the Med.
