Charter insurance for a not brand new catamaran

Does anyone know a company that will provide charter insurance for a 10+ year old cat in Florida, that also allows live aboards? Well and any companies in the USVIs?

Oops, that's right, Florida. Make that a company that allows full time cruisers.

So far...

Boat US - will cover me anywhere in the US and Bahamas, but won't cover a boat for charter that's more than 10 years old.

NMU - will cover me for charter, but doesn't provide coverage for sailboats in FL.

Most of the larger companies that also provide auto policies, as far as I know, or at least who I've called so far, won't allow live aboards.
