After getting captain's license.

Would buying a boat with enough rooms & bathrooms cash flow nicely?

For our current Puerto Rico week long trip I spent
$400 rental car
$400 airbnb
$600 flights luggage seat assignments
About normal cost of food
$1400

Seems like captain the boat & rent out couple berths? Is two baths typically the most?

Laws regulations/marinas rules that would get in the way?

6 paying guests? 3 couples at $800 /week & They provide their own food/drink. $2,400 * 4 weeks =$9, 600 - $8,000 new sails. - $5,000 water maker -??. Doing airbnb/charter at least slow the loss lol
