BVI Charter Regulations

Trying to find a bit of reliable info on doing a few charters aboard our boat. Area would be pretty broad so it may not even be possible to do it legally. We spend our time between Trinidad and USVI traveling up and down the islands on a annual basis.

Max 6-8 charters per year. Captain has 50 ton USCG lic. The boat is a documented US vessel and we are US citizens. I don't think those facts matter much....

Our goal would be to defer some of our yearly running costs not looking at any sort of full time business.

Have known many people that did this sorta thing on the QT but would really prefer an more legit approach.
