Buying an Austrian Liveaboard in Sudan

i am entering the Yacht world this year and really excited.....

I am buying a austrian registered livaboard from an owner who is really tight and in a hurry, the boat is in Egypt and am planning to operate it in the red sea......the owner wants cash asap and is willing to do anything.......

both the buyer and me are located now in Sudan.

what documents do i need?

Can i do a sales agreement here and endorse it in the austrian embassy and get the new title deed by distance?

how and where should i make sure all documentation takes place?

Can i ask the owner to keep the registration in austria and change ownership to me and give him % for that service? allowing me to keep the austrian flag?

How do i make sure the owner didnt sell the boat to someone else before or after our transaction?

Vat Taxes paid? clean and clear title? proof of same and check with Sudanese maritime laws. Survey results? Too many things to list here but it all comes down to you doing your "true diligence".
