www.greatloop.org is a good source of information. There is an excellent article on page 58 of the July 2010 issue of Cruising World. It has various great Loop Resources. There is an association you can join besides reading up on what's available in the web site.

I did it in 2007 in 17 days, from Charleston SC, to Windsor, Ontario, approximately 100 miles a day. but that was motoring. Intercoastal is 10mph most of the way.
