Meteotsunamis

A recent video*, from Holland Mi, June 25, 2024, on Lake Michigan, shows the beach completely submerged, by a type of tsunami, in less than a minute.
A meteotsunami [short for meterological tsunami] is a large wave, triggered by changes in air pressure, often associated with fast-moving weather events, such as severe thunderstorms, squalls, and other storm fronts.
