Just a Nice Day Out

Nice warm early fall weather, Lo 70's, 10 kts out of the NE and flat water. Went for a day sail with my sibs and our kids. 2 yo learned that the boom is not a good handhold but no harm done. All the kids got a turn at the wheel and did some low speed gybes -just a nice low stress day. After thinking of the fun-n-games later this season (we head for winter storage in mid Nov.) it's just nice to enjoy early fall on the Lake.

I envy you your day, my kids and grandkids arrive in St Lucia in Nov., we will spend 10 days in the Grenadines. Can't wait.
