Yup … the water is definitely chillier .

My dad was born in Newfoundland before it was part of Canada. Hmmmm, does that make me a dually as well?

Half an hour apart anyway.

P.S. I just spent six years in the second largest Newfoundland city. Fort McMurray, AB.

You never know what situation(s), political or otherwise can prompt a change of mind. I'm just sayin.

Re: American invasion of Canada rehearsal

It must be getting a bit cold up there ( Canada ) over the past week the Snowbirds have headed south. Within the next couple of weeks the population where I live will increase by 2 or 3x. There will be more Canadian license plates than AZ plates and Walmart will be at capacity for the next 6 months or so. I just wish they understood the speed limits are mph not kph, they tend to drive a little slow, but all is good

If AZ swings we'll know it is all those illegal Canadian immigrants voting! (Seriously I hear it's a thing)

I choose Mexico, water is warm.
I don't like cold.
There is a reason why 85 percent of population is from Canada in winter months. I visit Canada in summer, very pretty.
The wall doesn't effect me in Mexico, I fly. Did you know last I checked exchange 19-1 US.

Yup...today was 19:1. Groceries are crazy cheap here in Guaymas.

I got it backwards: sailed SF to Vancouver Island last Aug-Sept. Yup, it set a record for lack of sunshine in Victoria in October 2016.

Believe me, if it ever gets out of my comfort zone, Canada is the last place I'll be heading. I will always move south.

You thought I was joking? Ha! The Canadian immigration server crashed with high traffic from the U.S. Actually I was joking. "May you live in interesting times."

Wow....sound like a DIS against Canada. Why would Canada be the last place you would head to?
