Joe, the Hydrovane will do this, but its a mighty piece of kit for a small yacht so check the weight first before buying. There is also https://windpilot.com/n/wind/en/prod/plus// which work for you.

Joe, please see my post on my Monitor +MRud package which I posted here on July 4th. I have managed to locate some more extras since I posted. There is an extra hinge for the MRud water paddle, an additional safety tube, spare parts and manuals for both the Monitor and MRud. The Monitor weighs about 57 pounds as installed. Compare that to the weight of a Hydrovane for a small sailing vessel under 30 feet. They’re both excellent products, but different in function and advantages & disadvantages, which are somewhat subjective.

Are you still looking for a steering wind vane? I have a used Monitor wind vane that has been rebuilt with lots of new parts.
