I have a DBC, 6 person Offshore in soft Valaisle, last certified 2015, tanks rectified., stored inside when not used on crossing.

Have you ever heard of the Fitzwright ISO9650-1 liferaft ?
Those are assembled in Canada, and price is very decent. CA$1700 for a 4 person offshore model:

They do not have weighted ballast bags though.
