Hi all, My trusty VOLVO 2003 has just let me down,. It looks like the springs on two of the injector pumps have broken and bent the injector rod, soooo I'm looking for 3 replacement injector pumps for the volvo penta 2003 diesel engine. Can any one help.😃

Might be worth saying were you are, also consider the price you will pay is probably similar to buying a complete used engine.

They go for £500 - £1000 in the UK privately and £1500 - £1800 retail.

you could try these folk if you wanted to import a set to Aus.

Please excuse me for butting in,,,.But NO you do not need VOLVO Injector pumps. YOU NEED to take them to your nearest BOSCH Repair service dealer and have them rebuilt. They save and clean the body casting and put all new working parts in. just like new. Here in Western Canada that is Fred Holmes in Richmond BC.

You will have to buy a spay bomb of Volvo green paint though for $20

By the way as a post script to my previous post on this subject.

Going only from my questionable memory...If I recall correctly, They want to know which holes in the engine that you took each pump out from. and I think that there was something said about shims? better look that up as I do not have time right now. So If you find shims with each pump better keep that recorded.
