I have 3 Victron MPPT 100/50's that I just removed from our boat as part of an upgrade I'm doing. I used them for 3 years. Asking $120 each. Located in Urbanna, VA.

Victron does not support directly but rather through their dealer network. Who were these purchased through and how would tech support or warranty replacement be accomplised (if needed - Victron warranties for 5-years)?

I bought them on Amazon back in 2022.

Okay - thanks. I had a 100/50 MPPT purchased off Amazon fail last year. Found out the hard way that any replacement has to be through the retail dealer. I ended up just eating the cost.

Victron has told me if you can't get the dealer you purchased from to handle a warrenty issue you can go though another dealer. We had to do that with our Quattro 5000 that failed. The dealer, not on Amazon, went out of business between the time I bought my Quattro and it failing about 1 year later. Victron was able to assist via another dealer and replace my unit.
