How did you end up with two tanks? I saw your stove listed on eBay and asked a question about the dimensions. It has a tank with it. Why did you buy a second and why did you buy extra burners?

I prepared for off grid sailing, thus the large spares inventory. Clearly I over did it. Bought the 2nd tank because it had a sight glass.
Moved to induction cooking thus this kit is for sale. If interested make an offer. I'm negotiable.

You have this stove listed in the wrong category on eBay. You would do much better if you put it in eBay Motors - Parts and Accessories - Boat Parts - Interior Cabin & Galley. That is where boaters look for marine stoves, not in camping. If you are willing to accept offers, you should change the format to an auction with best offers, not a buy it now auction.
