Swap Nanni 4.220 HE with gearbox for Yanmar 3YM30 - Melb Australia

We have a Nanni Diesel 4.220 HE with Technodrive twin disc gearbox.
5000 hours.
Looking to swap for a Yanmar 3YM30 (30Hp) engine to mate up with an existing Yanmar saildrive.

The Nanni was bought to replace the existing 20 hp Yanmar but this won't mate up with the existing Yanmar saildrive.
