Selden Sailboat Boom and RodKicker Vang


From Beneteau Oceanis 50 Conventional Rig 2012

Main replaced with in-boom furler
Extrusion 18’2” long plus end fittings
All control lines included; 3 reef lines and outhaul
Mounting hardware for boom and vang included
Selden RodKicker 20L/2260 Super Spring
Overall excellent condition; no corrosion, dents or dings
Will provide more pictures upon request
Available in Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard, CA
Shipping not included but will crate and coordinate shipping from Oxnard

Off topic but how do you like your boom furling? I've thought about it, cost is what it is but I've heard mixed reviews about ease of use particularly in rough conditions.

New sail comes next week. I am sure it will have its challenges. On this boat the boom is very high and difficult to get to even in port so it was almost impossible to get the stack pack closed and i did not want to deal with traditional cover.

I think I will miss the option to douse the main quickly.

Check back in a few months.

and yes cost is high.
