It's not a good price if it' s not a good anchor. And "bruce" style anchors here in Australia are cheap as chips, for good reason. I personally wouldn't pay anything for that anchor.
To me anchors need to be nothing short of brilliant.
For a lunch hook in a sheltered cove, ok a bruce or a plow works.
The OP requested a Rocna specifically, g or a good reason. It MUST hold.
