Want To Buy: Rebuild kit

Good day - I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am looking for a complete rebuild kit for a Vetus M4.15 (Mitsubishi S4L engine). I have given up trying to get anything meaningful out of the local Vetus operation. I would ideally be looking for pistons (20 thousand or 0.5mm) with rings, all bearings, gasket set, con rods etc. If standard pistons are available then sleeves as well. Hope some suppliers can help.
