The ST50 Plus GPS/Navdata instrument is a display repeater that receives navigational data and positional fixes via either NMEA or SeaTalk, from the GPS satellite system.

This multi functional Display can provide the following information-

Position (To toggle longitude and latitude, press V or A.) Longitude and latitude can be displayed at the same time by pressing up arrow and down arrow together momentarily.
COG/SOG Press up arrow and down arrow to toggle between COG/SOG (Course Over Ground/Speed Over Ground) and COG/BTW (Course Over Ground/Bearing to Waypoint).
Tide (Tidal information can only be displayed if SeaTalk speed through the water and compass data is present on the SeaTalk bus.)

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and XTE (Cross Track Error)
VMG to Waypoint
VMGWP* (velocity Made Good to Waypoint)
VMG-GDA Velocity Made Good over Ground)
