I'm not very bright, kinda wanted to keep it all Raymaine, but thank you, I'll look into this.

I really like my Vesper SP-160. Inatalled it on my last two boats. Defender sells it.

We use a separate antenna. Tuned for AIS. Seemed to work much, much better than the splitting we tried initially. It was Raymarine's recommendation that we use an AIS tuned antenna. Bought ours at www.morad.com. I don't like changing out antennas, so we spent a bit more for a very good one.

Any splitter will work, Amec or Vesper would be a good choice.
You can get good support and suggestions if you ask at https://www.milltechmarine.com/
They will steer you in the right direction for ypur configuration.
