For Sale: Perkins 4.108 running, needs minor repair

Perkins 4.108 with just over 3000 hours (according to the hour meter). Oil changed religiously every 100 hours for the past 20 years and roughly 1000 hours of operation.

Recent work
1. Injectors cleaned and calibrated 0 hours ago
2. water pump">Raw water pump - rebuilt 2023, roughly 20 hours engine time since rebuild.
3. Heat exchanger - rebuilt 2022

Includes Hurth gear box.

Injection pump has stuck fuel metering valve. Otherwise, no other known issues. To fix the latter required pulling the engine and the hard decision to replace it followed. Also, one or more injector clamp bolt holes may need to be re-tapped.
