I hear you, and I hung on to them for years, but I live in a city, have two kids, two cats and a dog (oh and a sailboat), and a 1200sqft apartment.... something's gotta give

The truth is, I have the entire series, and I have been hanging on to it with the hope that my children would read the books.
So far, none of my kids (ages 14-19) have shown any interest whatsoever.

Obviously, it is their parent's fault for their poor upbringing.

LOL, I'm reading through my parents' library these days. Good stuff which I probably wouldn't have read 20-30yrs ago, so there's hope for your kids yet!

I read through my dad's library when I was a kid and I am better for it in so many ways.

If not for his library, I would not be so interested in boats which, is a good thing. Right?

I now have his book and they make a nice addition to my boat library. I don't know who will get my books but I have a nice collection.
