This is for a pair of almost-new winches. They came installed as the OEM winches on my New J/boat, but I decided to upgrade to reversible winches before the boat was splashed, so the yard removed these before they were ever used. These list for $1,288 EACH on the Harken web site, and the cheapest I've seen them listed online new is for $900 EACH. So, this price for TWO of them is a bargain!!
