For Sale: Nilsson Maxwell V3000 Windlass - parts or whole

We are replacing ours. This one needs a new under deck plate (available from NZ). It's not pretty, but it worked well until we pulled it because the seal was leaking. A plate and seal kit are about $400 US delivered from NZ - much of the cost is freight. It has a 3/8 BBB gypsy.


Make an offer on it or any parts you might want. My understanding is that the under deck plate and the motor are pretty much the only failure points on this. Just realize that it weighs over 100 lbs.



We replaced it because we wanted new chain, 3/8" HT, and a new gypsy is serious money.
