Apologies, I was looking in PM's for responses.

The E80 is an 8" display. You'd need to cut a piece of starboard mount that to the pod, then mount the display to the starboard. You could quarter round the top edges to give it a finished look. That is how the e127 was installed in there. Butyl tape would seal it nicely.

I'm considering a B&G Zeus3 12". Their site says dimensions:
352 x 225 x 98 mm (13.84 x 8.87 x 3.82")
with bracket: 377 x 241 x 120 (14.85 x 9.47 x 4.71)
Would this fit?
