[SOLD] Monitor M-RUD (Emergency Rudder), unused

I'm selling a M-RUD rudder for the monitor windvane -- it has never been used. This is only the rudder, but it uses the same hinge assembly as the normal water paddle and can be dropped in to replace the water paddle when emergency steering is needed, or a separate hinge assembly can be purchased for redundancy.

There is a small dent in the top right corner from storage, see photos.

For older, pre-1991 Monitor Windvanes, a strutguard ($191) may need to be added, but consult Scanmar or the manual for more info.

The M-RUD system (which includes the hinge assembly -- and spectra lines) is $1695 new. I'm asking $600 for the rudder.

Can ship at buy expense. Can deliver to most locations along the California coast between Monterey and Los Angeles.
